  • UI animations: Health and Shield Bar, Scrable game over text
  • Dissolve effect: tweening the parameter of a ShaderGraph

Editor Extensions:

  • WFC Tile Editor: Can edit tile flags in a window from the WFC generator. WFC TE Screenshot
  • Enemy Stats Editor: Show and edit stats of Scriptable Objects on Enemies. ESE Screenshot

Complex Requirements

C5 > AI Agents and Navmesh

Enemies are Navmesh agents and depending on their behaviour I set their destinations. The Navmesh is build after the level generation.

Additional Requirements

A4 > Procedural Content Generation

The levels are procedurally generated using a modified Wave Function Collapse algorithm and custom tiles. The compatibility of the neighbouring tiles are managed through the use of a Flag Field Enum. Video of the Level Generation (YouTube) First the Mountain range is generated around the level, then the rifts, health boxes and player are placed and finally the rest is generated using Wave Function Collapse Algorithm.

A5 > Create a 3D game

The environment, the player and the enemies are 3D models, created in Blender. DRONES.png
